1/21/2010Review - Revoltech - Evangelion Unit 02

We usually let Updatedude handle any Japanese toys here at Articulated Discussion, but this particular figure is one that I am very fond of. This figure is the reason that I purchased and watched the entire Neon Genesis series, which I thought was okay, the ending really depressed the crap out of me. I was introduced to Revoltech in 2006 while searching random toys online. I was instantly intrigued, and when I found this guy at a local comicbook shop I had to pick him up.

1/14/2010Review - Transformers Universe - Silverbolt

[TAO's Note: Don't you wish sometimes that you could just transform and make all your phyiscal faults disappear? Take your big gut or unibrow or 13th toe (I'm not an attractive guy) and zap, they're all gone! Transformers are blessed with that very ability, but some just don't take advantage of it. Before I start, let me tell you that I am a fully functioning, adult member of society.  I have had a successful career (although now I’m back in school to get a graduate degree because my interests did not mesh with my career as a salesman) and have a nice home life with my wife, dog and cat. I have always been interested in action figures, but it was not until summer of 2005 that I started buying them, and by summer of 2006 I was collecting.
