Choking Hazard - Ride the Orange Pony

I'm a big fan of the new Marvel Universe line by Hasbro. It took some guts to dump Legends and risk it all on a smaller line, and it seems to be paying off. Even so, there is a clunker in every bunch, and you'll see one of the first in today's:

Rarely do toys support drug use, but after seeing Hasbro's take on the Human Torch I have to wonder. Look at the picture below, and much like me, you may begin to think that this toy was experimenting with some sort of Cheetos based drug. Take note of his emaciated face, crazy eyes that point in all directions, hair that clearly hasn't been washed in 6 weeks, and even residue of the drug all over his face and nose.

It's basically all summed up very clearly in the equation below. I hope Cheetos doesn't sue Hasbro on this clear infringement of their product's image. Maybe Cheetos paid Hasbro to advertise their product, but I don't see any "puff residue" on Johnny's hands, so that must not be it.

In all seriousness though, what the heck is that supposed to be all over the figure's face?
