Alex Ross took many of the classic Justice League heroes and villains and reimagined them for his Justice miniseries that was released a couple years ago and you can now find in trade format. One of the characters he "took back to his roots" was Solomon Grundy, and an action figure was created for the popular DC Direct Justice line. There's an eerie similarity between that Solomon Grundy figure and a character from the (terrible) 2001 movie "Thir13en Ghosts".
