Question 1: (From zuludelta) How much input did the toy designers and engineers have on the movie costume designs (if any)?
Answer: The toy design team did give general input on the movie script and costumes, but in general allowed the costume designers focus on costumes and toy designers on the toys.
Question 2: It's been mentioned that some Resolute figures may be worked into the movie line, but will there be further Resolute figures produced after the conclusion of movie tie-in figures, or can we expect those to be the final Resolute releases for now?
Answer: We are discussing a Resolute multi-pack for 2010, but the plans are not finalized. Other than that more Resolute figures are not planned at this time.
Question 3: Given the success of the new IDW GI Joe comics, can we expect figures focusing specifically on these versions of the characters and these new storylines?
Answer: Thanks for the kind words. Right now we are focusing on figures from the movie line and bringing in classic characters…but we will be looking to the comics for inspiration down the line.
