Having so many characters displayed in an action-packed scene is a great way to entice fans into buying Marvel Universe figures. There is no question that the diorama looked great and made me want to collect all the MU figures, but the asking price is still not acceptable, especially when it feels like all the figures are repainted clones of each other.
Marvel Legends had little presence at SDCC, but the I liked most of the figures displayed. You can bet your lucky star that Black Widow is getting reused for Black Cat, to be released in some crappy 1000th Spiderman/Black Cat 2-pack. Widow has a sexy "don't fuck with me" face.

What can be said about MU figures that you can't figure-out yourself? We can pretty much guess exactly what a new figure will look like, it's not like they're the most detailed figures ever. I do think the head-sculpts are improving though, I didn't gag as much browsing around the display cases as I do when browsing the toy-aisles at TRU.

Lol, purple-tentacle Spider-Man is just chillin' behind that ruined structure.

Sentry looks like he's wearing a little lipstick, also a little like the deaf guy in the Fifth Element movie. I'd definitely put Sentry in an '80s hair-metal band.

We're getting a Mary Jane, but her head is weird. She comes with a... is that supposed be a dog or a mop? (it's peeking over the display tag)

WOOOO! Jim Lee Punisher! And another Wolverine in his classic yellow colors.

Notice how the uniquely-bodied characters outshine the other figures simply because they don't look like more cheap repaints.

Spider-Woman looked nice, so did the Civil War Spider-Man.

Iron Man gets yet another armor, but hey, Mystique!
