Commentary: Yeah this happened to me this past week. Wednesday I walk into Toys R' Us and ask about the Pursuit of Cobra figures. One guy that works there found a box in the back and sure enough it was the entire first wave including the chase Cobra Commander figure. I had had HAD to buy them. I even came back Thursday and bought the ones I left. They were $7.49 a pop which is more than Target is going to charge ($6.99) but I couldn't pass them up. I've been waiting months for them. Then Friday rolls around and sure enough they had a buy one get one 50% off sale on all G.I. Joe toys for Friday and Saturday only. I was pretty pissed...until I found out I could take my receipt back and get the difference refunded. But that wouldn't have made for a very funny comic now would it?
On another note, I can't believe how long I've been doing comics for this site! I've been doing them for practically the whole year so far. 6 months worth. I hope you all have been laughing at them, or at least enjoying them in some way. Otherwise...well, I guess I'll just have to keep trying harder!
