I almost reviewed one that would have gotten lower, but I never got around to it.

The GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra 12 Inch Snake Eyes is absolutely abysmal. It's a piece of junk that I couldn't even get to stand up for more than a half-second to take pictures. I actually got so frustrated that I tossed the thing across the room.

If I had to guess, his scores would have looked something like this:

Sculpt: 4
Paint: 4
Articulation: 3 (lots of it, but two points broke (before I tossed him)
Fun: 3 (broken parts and inability to stand are frustrating as hell)
Value: 3 (same explanation as fun)

So you're looking at about a 34.

Of course, things change when actually sitting down to write a review, and that will never be official, but I bet someday old Kirk is relieved of his duties as the caboose.
