Toy Count - Nine Squared?

My regular Wal-Mart stop is generally okay when it comes to finding toys, but today was something else. I couldn't believe my eyes today; counting the number of figures nearly required a calculator. The amount of toys on offer was simply overwhelming! Find out which line had exactly 81 figures on the self. Even the Wal-Mart employee was stunned at how many they had. All this and even more surprises in today's edition of:

Wal-Mart Toy Count - March 4th
  • Marvel Universe Figures - 81     (They unleashed a hurricane of both wave 1 and 2, just piled and stacked anywhere they could find them. I counted them by hand, but there's actually a chance I missed a few)
  • X-Men Origins: Wolverine figures - 7     (They had most all of the wolverine variants, as well as Sabertooth, and a couple others. No Deadpool!)
  • Wolverine and the X-Men animated cartoon figures - 9    (Hasbro must have sold their souls to Wal-Mart for even more Marvel comics toys. Between all three of these lines there were almost 100 toys there, when there are usually less than that total across the whole toy aisle)
  • Empty DC Universe Classics pegs - 3     (I'm not sure if I always miss them, or they're just not restocking, but there are never any 6" DC figures at this store)
  • Full DC Infinite Heroes pegs - 3    (With roughly 30 toys, composed entirely of Dr. Fate, the Spectre, and Black Lightning, DCIH continues to underwhelm parents and collectors alike apparently, because these just aren't moving)
