There is a little information and a lot of photos out there coming from Toy Fair 2009 so far. I couldn't even begin to cover every piece of info, but I can point you to a few places that do. 

Cool Toy Review, Action Figure Insider, and Figures.com have the best coverage on Toy Fair 2009 that I've spotted so far.

My favorite piece of news so far is ther announcement of three New NECA Street Fighter IV figures - Guile, Akuma, and Chun Li. Guile and Akuma look great, but I definitely have some doubts about Chun Li.
